Hello and thanks for writing Lockerz! Because of the recent holidays,
we’ve
gotten just a little bit behind with our email! In order to give everyone
a
fast answer, we’re sending the FAQ below regarding the most common
redemption
inquiries we're seeing. If the following does not answer your question,
please
reply to this email and we’ll do our best to answer you as quickly as
possible!
Be sure to include the email address that you used to redeem, and the date
of
the redemption to which you are referring.
Q: I redeemed in December and I still haven’t received a confirmation
email!
A: Due to the holiday, and the increased frequency of redemptions during
Holidaze, we haven't finished all of the fraud screening for December
redemptions quite yet. We need to make sure that anyone receiving a
redeemed
prize has earned their PTZ legitimately before we ship their prize! You
should
have a confirmation or update on your redemption prize's status within the
next
7-10 days. Also be sure to check your email's Junk/SPAM folder as they can
sometimes end up misdirected there.

Q: I redeemed a prize, what is the tracking number?
A: We are in the process of shipping any remaining prizes from October and
November redemptions, in addition to December's prizes. Once your prize
ships
from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking
number to trace your package. If you haven't received a shipping
confirmation
within the next 7-10 days, reply back to this email to let us know what
you
redeemed, the date you redeemed, and the full name of the person your prize
is
being shipped to.

Q: Where are my Kinect Decalz?
A: We are in the process of sending all of these out. If you redeemed a
Kinect
Decalz bundle, and only received 1 instead of 5, please reply back to us
here
so we can forward your problem to our tech team.

Q: I haven’t received my confirmation email from one of the video game
redemptions!
A: All video game redemption confirmations have been sent. Be sure to
check
your Junk/Spam folders! If you haven’t received yours, just shoot us an
email,
and we’ll look into it for you." Again the item you redeemed, date
redeemed and
the name it is being shipped to, will help us get back to you faster.
Shipping
confirmations, with tracking info, should be sent within the next 7-14
business
days.

Q: I redeemed a gift card, Fandango, iCard, and Desktop Background? Where
are
they?
A: With the exception of iCards, which we're still working on, you should
either receive these, or an update on their status, sometime this week.
Q: I was given the option of selecting PayPal or continuing to wait for my
prize - I choose…
A: Please reply to the "Your Overdue Redemption Prize" email you received
and
we'll forward your choice to the appropriate people here at Lockerz.

To jest zwykle zbindowane FAQ, ktore Lockerz automatycznie wysyla. Masz tam poprostu odpowiedziec na pytanie dotyczace restockow.
